The staff of McLennon & Associates strive to provide our clientele with the very best, and most professional home inspection services available. Our inspections are very thorough and will take between 3-5 hours to complete, depending on the size and condition of the property; we do utilize a range of equipments for actual testing while conducting inspections. We do strongly recommend that the customer be present for the inspection , and we are happy to answer any questions or address any concerns they may have concerning the property being inspected.

We do inspect New Homes, Resales, and other Existing Homes (ones not for sale).We welcome assignments from Banks, Mortgage Companies, Relocation Companies, Insurance Companies and others having a vested interest. For properties still under a Builders Warranty (usually 1 year)-we strongly recommend a thorough inspection ,so that unresolved issues can be properly addressed before the expiration . In a nutshell every home should be inspected periodically- every couple of years; the primary focus being safety and the proper functioning of all systems and components. All inspections are conducted in compliance with the ASHI Standards (American Society of Home Inspectors).

COOLING-normal controls,filter,air-conditioning-split systems,heat pump.

INTERIOR-doors,windows,walls,ceilings,floors,fireplace,laundry,attic,garage.
